Tenancy WA is the specialist community legal centre for tenants, dedicated to protecting the right to housing for all tenants through advocacy, advice and education. We are the central resource unit supporting Tenant Advocates across WA, and we provide the state-wide advice line for tenants. We lead Safe as Houses, partnering with the Women’s Law Centre, Streetlaw and King Edward Memorial Hospital, to provide coordinate legal and support services to prevent homelessness for women and children experiencing domestic violence. Tenancy WA is a young dynamic organisation, successfully growing to deliver new programs. We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to partner with our Principal Solicitor and the Board to deliver the organisation’s mission. This new leadership role has responsibility for developing our corporate partnership strategy, and building community sector partnerships to best deliver services and social justice outcomes for the community. We are seeking an experienced manager with a passion for social justice, confident with financial management, with expertise in continually improving systems to achieve the best outcomes, and with the drive and capacity to develop new partnerships. This role is 0.8 FTE, and flexible work arrangements are available. Salary sacrifice is also available. This role is permanent subject to funding, or a 12 month contract, at the successful applicant’s preference.
